Heart no kuni no Alice AU- Julius Monrey redesign

Fantasy AU redesign of this guy: static.zerochan.net/Julius.Mon… who is from the "Heart no kuni no Alice/Alice in the world of hearts" franchise. (O tome games and a couple of manga books.) I figured that he would be a necromancer because he brings people back to life by fixing their clocks AKA their "hearts". In HnknA, everyone has a clock instead of a heart and if it is repaired after death they will be brought back as a new person. And that is Julius's job.
